Kyra de Magica, Second Show

Kyra Tang is an exuberant Asian-Canadian character comedian, actress, and writer, based in Toronto. Growing up in Hong Kong, Kyra focused her artistry through community youth theatre, whilst achieving the highest mark offered in her Performing Arts diploma though BTEC, a qualification in vocational expertise well recognised in the United Kingdom. During which, she was also awarded recognitions at school including but not limited to The Performer of The Year award, the English Schools Foundation (ESF) Chairman’s Award for Creativity, as well as being the sole BTEC Performing Arts Award nominee. Recent works include: The Addams Family Musical as Uncle Fester (King George V School), Pride & Prejudice (Faust International Youth Theatre), Diary of an Extraordinary Year (International Schools Theatre Association), and co-directing a series of devised and puppetry work. After secondary school, she moved and reconnected to Toronto in August 2022, a place where her parents grew up, and is currently pursuing a Performance Acting degree at Toronto Metropolitan University.​
